jenny and i are throwing a baby shower for our friend cristi in mid-may. cristi is a hip and fun modern mum-to-be. we picked out great invitations and have a fun theme going (stay tuned for updates). now i want to find a cute stamp for the invites. what do you think of these picture book stamps for a baby shower? they also have muppets and disney stamps, but they aren't really my—er, um—cristi's style. what do you think? yay or nay on the book of book stamps?

I love that Very Hungry Caterpillar stamp - complete with holes!
Love-love-love -- but those are the UK stamps (note the monarch profile). The USPS has a similar set that includes Maisy and the Very Hungry Caterpillar, but six others as well that aren't part of the UK set. And there are no holes in the U.S. set :-(

Definitely yay on the stamps! You could even give the mum-to-be an extra pack for her thank you notes :)

Oh I love the Very Hungry Caterpillar. These are great stamps for a baby shower. You are so creative HollyLoo. I can't wait to see/hear more about the theme.
