i can't believe it, but we are putting our beloved condo on the market! tripper and i were driving around a few weeks back and stumbled on a really great house. we talked it over (and over, and over) and decided to list our place. we figure if it sells, we'll move to the new house and if it doesn't—well, that's fine too. we do love it here, after all—so either way we win!
