this is our kitchen clock. i picked it up a few years ago at the restoration hardware in georgetown back when i had a tiny (but cute) studio apartment in washington dc. i fell in love with this clock the minute i saw it. back then, my place was so little this piece was the focal point of my wall. now it hangs over the bar in the kitchen. can you keep a secret? it's been wrong since october ... an hour fast. the truth is, it's hung at such an odd angle to the bar, i was afraid if i took it down, i'd never get it back up there! anyway, tomorrow it will be right again and none will be the wiser. shhhhhh.
