i've participated in three online swaps now ... the teacup swap, the notecard swap, and the surprise mystery craft challenge swap. i enjoyed each one so much, i decided to host my own. {*gasp!*} since i have somewhat of a polka dot obsession, that's the theme i picked. here's the scoop ...
