robin anne cooper
i went to the market at the works today, a local artists' market held the first weekend of every month, and met the most nifty artist. her name is robin anne cooper and her stuff is truly original. she takes strips of painted canvas and arranges them to create wonderful works of textured whimsey. she makes everything from people to veggies, but my personal favorites are the dogs (natch!).
