third vase
tripper and i picked up these black vases a while back for a song at the storehouse outlet center in buckhead. originally, we thought they'd look fabulous spaced out on top of our bar, but they're just too big. i'm not really sure what to do with them now, but i do love the repitition ... i love the repitition ... i love the repitition.

yes, i've used that line once before.
you are a nerd....but i love it! miss you bella
I don't know the measurements, but what about spray painting them in 3 beautiful colors, maybe in the green/blue family... peacock blue, teal, lime and then line them up on the floor in your entryway (if you have one) popping one umbrella (the kind with the long handle) into each pot. Would be really cute and also functional. Again, not sure how tall these are...
(the other) Holly
I was thinking they would make wonderful umbrella holders too! I love the idea "the other Holly" had with the spray paint. You know me and paint.... Holly, you should come over and see the color choices that I currently have!!!
"third vase", I love it! It's too bad these were too tall for your bar, I think three of these in a row would've looked fantastic. Imagine them full of white carnations (look at page 92 of the Jan/Feb Domino!!)
I like the other Holly's idea too, about using them for umbrellas.
Or, you can do what I do when you buy too much of a good thing - Atlanta Craigslist (I'm selling 7 Thomas Paul pillows http://atlanta.craigslist.org/fur/174591583.html) and then use the money you make to buy more stuff at... Anthropologie!
