i may be going the route of the photograph-turned-christmas card this year. (the
amys will have to wait 'til next year if i do.) i love this picture of ed in his antlers ... it's perfect for a holiday card, but what should it say? i'm thinking funny is best. any ideas?

i like the red circles on the card. looks like rudolph's nose.
Oh my gosh, don't they make the funniest faces when you put those antlers on them? You should totally use that as your card this year - it's just precious. I agree something funny would be best - perhaps warning against the effects of excessive nog consumption?
Click my name for a picture of my own little guy wearing antlers last year.
erin! that is hilarious!! what's his name?
ps ... love your place, erin. it's beautiful.
fabulous picture!
His name is Finn (registered name Marchwind Huckleberry Tale). He is a 4-year-old Italian Greyhound and he weighs 12 pounds.
Thanks for the complement on my home too - although it's a year later so of course the wall is a different color, the reading chair is in another part of the room with a different pillow on it, there are two armless side chairs where the reading chair was, the plant is in a different pot, the lamp has been replaced... you know how it goes!
ok. here are my two thoughts so far. either, waiting for rudolph to kick it. or, the least famous reindeer of all. ed. and then merry christmas with love from tripper, holly and ed. what do you think?
First, Ed is adorable
Second, how about "Vote Eddie for Reindeer in 2006"
I like "Waiting for Rudolph to kick it" as Ed has a look on his face like he just got turned down for a job as Santa's sidekick in the Photo with Santa area at the mall.
Hmmm...that's a tough one!!! I would totally do something where he's the one talking.."What are you looking at?"....or just something generic like..."this is why dogs bite people." Or..just "What?" I love it though...cute picture...you should submit to twc and I'll add him in the holiday slideshow!!! Have a wonderful Thanksgiving!!!
I like:
HO HO... Hum
Love you Ed.
