i do realize it's only monday, but i wanted to share the work of creative thursday and couldn't wait four more days! last week, i learned from holly over at decor8 (hi holly!) that la-based artist marisa haedike of creative thursday had opened an etsy shop. i wasn't familiar, so i immediately went to check it out. what a find! it took me days to figure out which print i was going to buy. i decided on the one above. yay! creative thursday also has a great main site (where you can purchase original works) and blog. go see!

Holly I can't wait to see the print in your space, I'm trying to figure out where you'll put in it your gorgeous apartment. I call it your Atlanta penthouse - it's so swank and what a view.
Anyway, I'm happy you found a print that spoke to you. Marisa is a beautiful person in every way - I have an original painting by her - I put it right over my computer because her podcasts and vision inspire me so much.
